Experience

I know how to ride a bike but I have no motorcycle experience.  I am a true novice preparing for a beginner course.

Experience

I have very little motorcycle experience or I have not ridden a motorcycle in a while. I am a beginning rider preparing to earn my permit.

Fair Amount of
Experience

I have recent motorcycle experience.  I can start, stop, shift and turn with confidence.  I am an intermediate rider preparing to earn my permit.

Ready for Endorsement

I am a confident rider that can start, stop, shift and turn.  I have qualified for my permit and I am ready to earn my full motorcycle endorsement.   

Getting your motorcycle endorsement in Washington requires you passing a permit Knowledge and Skills test followed by an endorsement level Knowledge and Skills test. Riders must first obtain a motorcycle permit before they can obtain their full endorsement.
