You must provide your own street legal motorcycle and arrive with a current registration and proof of insurance.

Washington State requires you to pass a total of four tests to get a two-wheel motorcycle endorsement. First you must pass the permit level Knowledge and Skills tests and then the endorsement level Knowledge and Skills tests. These motorcycle tests need to be completed in order.

The Washington Permit knowledge test is comprised of 50 multiple choice questions on rules of the road and motorcycle safety.
Both the permit and endorsement Knowledge tests are based on a DOL motorcycle operator manual which you will want to read and study before taking the test.
Step #2 | Motorcycle Skills Testing

Testing | Cancelation Policies
- Testing fees are not refunded if you cancel less than 7 days before your test date
- Prior to 7 days, you may reschedule your test at no additional cost
- If you do not show for your scheduled test, your fee will not be refunded; however, you may reschedule for an additional 50% of your testing fee.
Getting your motorcycle endorsement in Washington requires you passing a permit Knowledge and Skills test followed by an endorsement level Knowledge and Skills test. Riders must first obtain a motorcycle permit before they can obtain their full endorsement.
