Harbour Pointe is the heart of where WMST teaches. Our main classroom is minutes away on 44th Ave W, the Kamiak partner site is right here, and the roundabout-heavy Harbour Pointe streets are about as friendly a place as there is to put a new driver behind the wheel.
The classroom can be done online or in person, and behind-the-wheel drives start on the Harbour Pointe and Mukilteo Speedway roads your teen already knows. One certified instructor stays with them throughout.
WMST is a DOL-approved examiner, and testing runs at our Everett Express office a short drive away. It is one package, from $549.
Driving in Harbour Pointe
Harbour Pointe Boulevard and Mukilteo Speedway.
New drivers start on the quieter grid off Harbour Pointe Boulevard and Chennault Beach Road, where the wide lanes and roundabouts are ideal first practice. Once the basics are smooth, we move to Mukilteo Speedway and the 525 corridor for real merging and lane changes.
The hills toward the waterfront teach hill starts and descent control, and the Paine Field approach roads add moving traffic. Before the test we drill parallel parking, backing around a corner, and hill parking, then a full test-style route.
