Drivers Ed in Arlington
WMST teaches teen and adult drivers from Arlington, with the classroom online or in person, behind-the-wheel drives on the SR-9, SR-530, and Smokey Point roads you know, and DOL testing a short drive south in Everett.
From quiet downtown to busy Smokey Point.
Arlington gives a new driver real range in a small footprint. The old downtown grid near Olympic Avenue is calm and easy to start in, while Smokey Point and the SR-9 corridor bring the busy arterials, turn lanes, and shopping traffic that build judgment fast.
WMST runs the classroom online or in person, and behind-the-wheel drives can start on the Arlington roads your teen already travels. The same certified instructor stays with them from the first drive to the last.
Our Everett Express office handles DOL testing, a short drive south on I-5, and WMST is a DOL-approved examiner. It is one package, from $549.
SR-9, SR-530, and Smokey Point Boulevard.
Early drives use the residential streets downtown and the roads out toward the airport, where speeds are low and there is room to learn. Then it is onto SR-9 and SR-530, the through routes, with the timed lights and steady traffic that teach lane changes and gap timing.
The Smokey Point commercial area off I-5 exit 206 is busy and driveway-heavy, good practice for scanning and patience, and the freeway ramps right there give clean merging practice. Before the test we cover the parking maneuvers the examiner scores and a full test-style drive.
Arlington families take the classroom online or in person with local drives, then test at our Everett Express office down I-5. Call 425.252.9913.
