WMST is a DOL-approved examiner serving driver testing across Snohomish County from our Everett Express office. Knowledge testing is walk-in at $25, with sessions at 9:30 am, 1 pm, and 4 pm on weekdays, and the skills test can be scheduled or taken walk-in. One central office, the whole county.

Snohomish County is big, but its DOL testing does not have to be a hassle. WMST runs walk-in knowledge testing and skills testing from a central Everett office, an easy drive whether you are coming from Marysville to the north, Monroe to the east, or Lynnwood to the south.
Because we are a DOL-approved examiner, the tests are official. Knowledge testing is walk-in, so you skip the wait, and the skills test can be booked or taken walk-in.

What to bring to test day.
- Your instruction permit, plus ID documents the DOL needs.
- A parent or guardian if you are under 18, to give permission.
- Glasses or contacts if your permit requires them.
- For the skills test, proof of insurance and a safe, legal car (or use the WMST training car).
- The test fee. Knowledge is $25; skills is $50 scheduled or $65 walk-in.
