Brier drivers take the official DOL knowledge and skills tests at the WMST Everett Express office, a drive north up I-5. Knowledge testing is walk-in at $25, with sessions at 9:30 am, 1 pm, and 4 pm on weekdays, and the skills test can be scheduled. WMST is a DOL-approved examiner.

Brier families can take the knowledge test as a walk-in with WMST rather than waiting for an appointment. Our Everett Express office is a straightforward drive north up I-5 through Lynnwood, and as a DOL-approved examiner, our result is official.
Both tests happen here: the walk-in knowledge test and the scheduled skills test. Brier students who trained with WMST can test in the same car they learned in.

What to bring to test day.
- Your instruction permit, plus ID documents the DOL needs.
- A parent or guardian if you are under 18, to give permission.
