How to add your endorsement to your license.
Once you pass the WMST endorsement skills test, your endorsement is updated through DOL LicenseExpress. Here's exactly how the process works.

Pass your endorsement skills test with WMST
Your test results are reported electronically to the Washington DOL within 24 hours of completion.

Log in to LicenseExpress
Visit secure.dol.wa.gov and sign in. If you don't have an account, you'll create one with your WDL number.

Add the endorsement
Find the "Add Endorsement" option, select Motorcycle (2-wheel or 3-wheel), and pay the DOL endorsement fee.

Receive your updated license
Your updated license arrives by mail. Until it does, you can ride on the digital confirmation.
