Motorcycle Instructor.
MSF-certified, or willing to certify. Teach beginner permit, endorsement, and advanced courses across our six Western Washington ranges.
What you'll do
- Teach classroom and range sessions for permit qualifying and endorsement courses
- Administer DOL knowledge and skills tests at our ranges
- Mentor newer instructors as you grow into senior roles
- Participate in continuing-ed clinics on bike control and pedagogy
What we look for
- MSF Instructor certification (we'll sponsor the cert if you're close)
- Significant on-bike experience, we don't expect a racing résumé but we expect calibration
- An ability to coach without intimidating
- Clean driving and riding record
Why teach with us
You'll be part of a curriculum authored in-house, taught by people whose résumés include WMRRA racing, hazmat operations, and decades of teaching. Continuing education is real and paid. The riders you train will remember you for the rest of their lives.
