I needed a little extra help with some things and they were more than happy to take the time to fully explain everything. She instills a sense of confidence that makes for a very pleasant introduction to the craft. She positively reinforces all of her lessons and gives constructive feedback instead of being condescending or overly critical. She's very professional and personable. She made my experience so rewarding. I feel comfortable in moving forward with this fantastic hobby. All of the information I needed to obtain my permit was laid out clearly, both instructors were extremely knowledgeable, love what they do, and they made the entire process a fun experience.
