For the right candidate, WMST will provide paid training and assistance through the process to become a Licensed Driving Instructor.

Ideal candidates will:

Be excited about becoming a licensed, professional driving instructor
Possess a high level of positive energy
Work well with minimal supervision
Communicate effectively with all types of students
Enjoy teaching
Enjoy working with teenagers
Be available to work when students are out of school and on weekends
Have good problem avoidance and problem solving skills
Have public speaking, coaching, teaching or experience working with people
Have an acceptable driving record
Pass the required background check
Have 5 years of driving experience
