Over two days at the end of February, 2011, four organizations with an interest in rider safety invited 15 top international experts in advanced rider training to answer a simple question, “If you wanted to improve regular rider training and reduce crashes, how would you do it?”
David Wendell, Pacific NorthWest Motorcycle Safety, and Chris Johnson, Washington Motorcycle Safety Training, have developed a new motorcycle training course that gets you out of the parking and onto the street.
Permits are valid for 90 days, and can be renewed 1 time. The law changed in 2011 regarding motorcycle permit use. Getting an endorsement has never been more important. You can have your bike impounded if your riding with out an endorsement or permit.
